VoIP and Construction Companies

In certain industries, employees can spend 90% of their week outside the office. For this construction customer, we learned that the only way the office could reach foreman and workers was to call their personal cell phone. We showed them how affordable it was to go with mobile apps on those cell phones, and incorporate them into the overall hosted VOIP system the central office would use. They were then able to manage who had the app on their phone, removing it or loading it on as needed, and transfer calls to these users since they were now part of the native phone system. We have learned that voicemails are often unlistened to in the construction industry, with people on the go so much. But with this method, users could listen to their voicemails from anywhere, or the office administrator could also listen to people’s voicemails if so desired.
